EXTERIOR includes wonderful grassy lot with 400 feet lake frontage, partially natural & some sea wall. DOCK approximately 50’ long. Rowboat available for responsible adult use. Comes with badminton equipment, outdoor gas grill, picnic table, multiple chairs, hammock, pillows, blankets. Ascend several stairs from lake level to your own park like paradise -- paths have been carved out of the partially wooded areas & there is a badminton court for your use & enjoyment.
